Office suites, clinic rooms, multi-unit spaces, server-heavy environments, and high-density workstations. Priced on scope — size, workstation count, complexity, and access requirements all affect the fee.

All estimates are approximate. Assessment rate is $120/hr with a 4-hour minimum, billed hourly. Travel is calculated from our Wesley Chapel, FL office based on actual drive time and distance to your location — $30/hr round-trip drive time plus a fuel surcharge. Fuel surcharge is calculated using the current Florida average retail gasoline price (updated weekly from EIA data) ÷ 22 MPG. Locations outside our standard service area require a custom quote: $960/day + travel and expenses. Estimates are confirmed at booking. Larger homes or complex surveys may require a custom quote.
