What we measure
We assess five types of environmental electromagnetic influences using professional-grade broadband and narrowband instruments. Risk levels are evaluated against peer-reviewed guidelines including the BioInitiative Report.

EMFGEO provides professional whole-home and light commercial EMF assessments for homeowners, renters, buyers, and businesses across Central and North Florida.
All assessments are billed at a flat rate of $120/hr with a 4-hour minimum ($480).
The scope of work and time on site naturally reflect the size and complexity of the property.

What’s included in every assessment:
• Full RF mapping of all primary rooms
• Directional RF scan for external tower and infrastructure sources
• AC magnetic field mapping (appliances, panels, transformers)
• AC electric field measurements near beds, desks, and seating areas
• Bedroom circuit breaker testing
• Dirty electricity snapshot
• Verbal findings and review on-site
• Email summary with priority action items and mitigation recommendations
Typical on-site time: 3–5 hours for most single-family homes. Larger properties, complex layouts, or jobs requiring circuit tracing and panel mapping will naturally run longer — and that additional depth is reflected in the time billed, not a separate tier.
Written report add-on
A detailed multi-page written report with room-by-room exposure classifications, photo documentation, mitigation pathways, and product recommendations. Delivered within 3–5 business days. Includes a phone consultation review.

Pricing by Zone
The assessment rate is $120/hr with a 4-hour minimum ($480) regardless of your location.
Travel is calculated from our Wesley Chapel, FL office based on your actual drive time and distance — $30/hr round trip plus a fuel surcharge — so it scales with exactly how far away you are.

The Service Area range above reflects the $480 4-hour minimum plus a travel fee that scales with your exact distance from our Wesley Chapel office — nearby cities land at the low end, our farthest standard-service cities (e.g. Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach) land near the high end. Use the fee calculator for your exact total by city. Larger homes or complex surveys may require a custom quote.
